Yesterday we reported that Micromax is going to launch A290 their upcoming Octa core smartphone. And today we have some exclusive images of the device along all the specifications.
The A290 will come with a 4.7 inch HD IPS display and will be powered by a 1.4GHz octa core processor manufactured by MediaTek. It will run on Android 4.4 just like Canvas Knight. Other specs include 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, an 8mp rear camera coupled with a 5mp front camera. It is expected to come with gesture control by which you simply draw a character like "C" on the screen to launch the camera or Double tap to wake up.

The Micromax A290 will come in Black and White colours. There is no official information on launch date available yet.
