Micromax recently launched the Canvas HD Plus A190 powered by 1.5GHz Hexa core processor. Now they are planning to launch Micromax A290 upcoming budget smartphone powered by 1.4 GHz Octa Core processor.
According to @MMXNewscaster the Micromax A290 will feature 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory which can be further expanded with Micro SD card. It will come with 8 megapixel rear facing camera and a 5 megapixel front facing camera for selfies. This phone will run on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and to keep it running it will have a 2010 mAh battery. It's worth to note that Xiaomi is already having a competitor to A290 the Xiaomi Redmi Note. There is no information on pricing available just yet. Stay connected for updates!
